The Firewood Company, established in 1998 provides high quality firewood, kindling and wood heating sundries all year round. We’ve been Woodsure approved for our seasoned firewood since 2009 and are proud to provide you with locally sourced wood from the surrounding woodlands and trees in the Vale, supporting the management of those woodlands.

ESA Treecare provides Arboricultural contracting and consultancy services to both private and public sectors. We have the knowledge, understanding and professionalism to help you maintain your trees. From planting for the future through to removal of unsafe trees, we have a wide skillset to manage your trees.
We strive to operate with minimal impact on the environment. It is one of the Company’s core values and is given full awareness in our working practice; from keeping equipment regularly serviced to running chainsaws on ethanol based fuel & using bio oil for chain lubrication. These alone with other measures, makes us one of the cleanest running woodfuel & tree care companies in the area.
The Milledwood Company
Producing traditionally milled wood from sustainable sources, The Milled Wood Company is passionate about getting the most out of a tree.
Woodland management and homegrown timber availability has declined significantly over the years but along with the work of many others, that decline is hopefully turning so that now we can all use locally sourced and cared for timber. We can supply you with hardwood and softwood boards and planks from trees predominately grown locally in the Vale of Glamorgan and South Wales.
The Wildwood Company
The Wildwood Company was created to stock and sell tools that we use, respect and recommend. We only sell what we trust and believe in.
We have carefully selected brands that have a similar ethos, selling to fellow arborists, hobbyists, woodcarvers, bush-craft enthusiasts and anyone with an interest in wood. We sell through our website, at wood fairs, local events and from our site on Penllyn Estate Farm.
